Our Story

Back in 2012 when Ana Vrtar, the founder, was an AGM for a number of venues in the city of London where each week she’d be challenged by her staff failing to show up for work.

Ana identified the gap in the market for emergency staffing agency and the need to have online presence allowing employers to select candidates by role, rate, experience and rating.

In 2014, Essential Staff Ltd was launched as a staffing agency providing last minute manpower to the hospitality, catering and events industry and served clients including:

Cavier House &nsps; Prunier , Park Royal Hotel, Blakes Hotel, Tozi restaurant Caffe Royal, Royal Ascott, Chelsea Flower Show and many others.

Now we’re taking
the revolution, worldwide!

Essential Staff has helped business and private clients across London, Spain and Singapore securing temporary jobs for freelance workers in the hospitality and catering industries.

We have a workforce in excess of two thousand skilled and qualified candidates and we have served over 150 clients across Europe.

We work closely with our candidates and clients to ensure that the best possible match is made.

We have partnered up with UK government to provide subsidised courses including English, Math, Customer Service & Business administration which are available upon request and FREE of charge.
